Quick filling the gaps, makes plays in all direction and constantly around the ball. Fluid in his hips, gets depth on drops and a hard-working player. NEGATIVES: Puts up good numbers in the weight room but does always translate that strength onto the field. Game lacks quickness, explosion as well as speed. ANALYSIS: Much to his credit, Fowler picked up every aspect of his game as a senior. A tackling machine, offers the size and toughness to play on the strong side. PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
