BIO: All-conference selection as a senior after a breakout season, totaling 55/1250/4. Also averaged 24.4 yards on seven kick returns. Started nine games as a junior posting 28/674/6, after 20/486/1 the prior season when he was used mainly as a backup.

POSITIVES: Hard-working prospect that displayed a solid line of improvement throughout college. Quick releasing off the line of scrimmage, displays good eye-hand coordination and times receptions well. Reads the defense and settles into the open spot on the field, looking the pass into his hands. Tracks the ball in flight and adjusts in mid air to catch the errant throw. Shows toughness in traffic, making the difficult reception.

NEGATIVES: Slight build and has difficulty battling larger opponents. Lacks the burner speed and strong hands.

ANALYSIS: A prospect on the radar screen coming into the season, Middleton may have earned himself a spot late in the draft with his performance last season. Should be an effective slot receiver and also a productive return specialist.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
