BIO: Two-year starter that's been an all-conference selection each season since his junior campaign. Led the team in receiving and the conference in all-purpose yardage last year after totaling 77/917/10. Junior totals were 92/1,682/18 when he broke Jerry Rice's single season SWAC record for receiving yards.
POSITIVES: Nice-sized wide out that's been ultra productive on a small-school level. Displays soft hands, extends them and looks the ball in. Looks to make himself an available target, effectively uses the sidelines and adjusts backwards for the errant throw. Remains focused, helps out the quarterback and effective running after the reception.
NEGATIVES: Lacks deep speed and not getting separation down the field. Coming off a sub-par senior season.
ANALYSIS: Though he plays faster than he times in the 40, Douglas still has marginal size-speed numbers for the next level. Big things were expected from him after a knockout junior season but minor injuries played a factor in a senior campaign which saw him fall short of expectations. Has the hands and the nose for the ball which could help him find him a spot as a fifth receiver in the NFL.
