BIO: Two-year starter who completed 58.2 percent/1,764/10/6 in eight games last season after 65.9 percent/2,397/20/16 the prior year. POSITIVES: Nice-sized pocket passer with a good feel for the position. Smooth setting up in the pocket, patient and buys time for receivers. Sells the ball fakes, puts nice touch on throws and displays good judgment. NEGATIVES: Lacks stature in the pocket and has a skinny build. Does not throw with top pass placement and only marginal abilities throwing on the run. ANALYSIS: Coming off a terrific junior campaign, Flanigan fell short of expectations last season. Offers size potential and pocket awareness but a long shot to develop as a third quarterback in the NFL. PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
