BIO: Became a full-time starter as a senior posting 30/475/4 after totaling 30/505/3 as a junior. Averaged over 16 yards per reception the past two seasons. POSITIVES: King sized pass-catcher that displays the ability to stretch defenses deep. Fluid releasing off the line, comes back to the ball and adjusts well to the errant throw. Effective when he extends to catch the ball from his frame. Runs well for a big man displaying a burst of speed. NEGATIVES: Not alert, lacks timing and body control. Rounds off routes displaying and lazily lets the pass get into his frame. Must improve his blocking and play to his size every down. ANALYSIS: Possessing the size to be a top possession receiver, Fulgham must now turn flashes of skill into consistency. Should be more productive and must turn the intensity up several notches to have a serious chance at the next level. PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
