BIO: Posted 38/966/11 as a senior, averaging 25.4 yards per reception. Also averaged 22.9 yards on nine punt returns with two additional scores. Junior totals were 38/838/8 after 49/1,158/13 when he broke into the lineup as a sophomore.
POSITIVES: Speedy skill player with a penchant for making the big play. Fluid releasing off the line, has opponents playing back on their heels and possesses the speed to stretch the field vertically, displaying a second gear and the ability to run away from defenders. Adjusts well to the deep ball, occasionally flashes soft hands and effective running after the catch.
NEGATIVES: Not strong at the point of attack or effective if he must block. Inconsistent hands and has dropped a lot of passes. Did not stand out in the post season.
ANALYSIS: Speed is Crenshaw's greatest asset and something he uses to a maximum. Must physically get stronger as he'll have difficulty handling jams at the next level and polish off his entire game but the ability to have defenders take notice every time he steps on the field is worth the risk of a late-round pick.
