2005 NFL Draft Draft Tracker Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 Round 5 Round 6 Round 7 Players Positions Schools Conferences NFL Teams

 Matt Tarullo Grade: 3.17
 Position: C
 Class: Sr
 School: Syracuse
 Conference: Big East
 Ht., Wt.: 6-5.5, 320
 40 Time: 5.38

BIO: Three-year starter who earned All-Conference honors as a senior. Also awarded Big East All-Academic honors throughout college.

POSITIVES: Big, tough lineman best in a small area. Quick into blocks, immediately gets his hands into opponents and throws defenders to the ground. Plays with a nasty attitude, yet intelligent and immediately picks up blocking assignments. Solid position blocker who walls defenders from the action or anchors in pass protection.

NEGATIVES: Not a knee-bender or light on his feet. Overextends, lacks adjustment and gets tall as the play proceeds. Does a lot of steering or leaning on opponents. Has difficulty moving in space.

ANALYSIS: Possessing size as well as growth potential, Tarullo has the ability to backup at center or either guard positions in the NFL if he improves his flexibility and learns to block with leverage.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
