BIO: Two-year starter and academic All-Big Ten player. Posted 46/3/7 as a senior. POSITIVES: Tough, run-defending safety best in a straight line. Reads the quarterback, displays a good break on the pass and possesses solid ball skills. Quick up the field defending the run, shows a closing burst of speed and plays with a good degree of suddenness. Efficient and takes good angles to the action. Works well with cornerbacks in deep center field. NEGATIVES: Does not display great speed to the flanks and late getting to the sidelines.
