2005 NFL Draft Draft Tracker Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 Round 5 Round 6 Round 7 Players Positions Schools Conferences NFL Teams

 Kevin Dudley Grade: 3.31
 Position: FB
 Class: Sr
 School: Michigan
 Conference: Big Ten
 Ht., Wt.: 6-0.5, 238
 40 Time: 4.99

BIO: Two-year starter who carried the ball only three times for 13 yards as a senior, adding five receptions.

POSITIVES: Lead blocking fullback in the traditional mold. Displays outstanding vision, explodes into defenders then moves them from the action, opening holes for the ballcarrier. Nasty, always looking for someone to hit and gets excellent chips on defenders, disrupting their pursuit to the play. Seals defenders from the action as a position blocker.

NEGATIVES: Lacks overall quickness and speed. Marginally productive handling the ball.

ANALYSIS: A hard worker who gives great effort, Dudley is a punishing blocker who gets the job done. Not a good fit for every offense, yet is perfect as a No. 2 fullback brought onto the field in short-yardage or goal-line situations.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
