BIO: Three-year starter who began his career at defensive tackle before moving to the offensive line prior to his junior campaign.

POSITIVES: Big-bodied blocker with above-average athleticism. Quickly gets into blocks displaying explosion at the point of attack, moves his feet throughout the action and plays with excellent forward lean, getting underneath opponents. Solid position blocker who walls defenders from the action while also anchoring at the point in pass protection. Displays good blocking strength and works hard.

NEGATIVES: Not skillful in space or dominant in any aspect of his game. Must improve his hand placement and learn to bend his knees.

ANALYSIS: Making positive strides his first two seasons on the offensive line, Rogers is a solid developmental prospect with good upside for the next level. Needs repetition and must fine tune his game, yet worth a look on the practice squad.
