BIO: Moved into the starting lineup as a freshman and earned All-Conference honors the following three seasons. Totaled 77/1,210/8 as a senior after career-best numbers the prior year with 83/1,248/10. Career receptions leader in the Pac-10 with 258.
POSITIVES: Reliable pass-catcher who is best as a possession wideout. Sells routes, fast into breaks and stays low on exit. Goes up in a crowd, displays solid eye/hand coordination and comes down with the difficult reception. Comes back to the ball working to make himself an available target and uses his frame to shield away defenders. Runs well laterally making the reception in stride and easily adjusts to the errant throw.
NEGATIVES: Rather lazily comes off the line of scrimmage at times. Does not show a deep burst and does too much unnecessary body-catching. Must improve his blocking.
ANALYSIS: Coming off an uninspired '05 campaign, Hagan still presents himself as a solid No. 2 wideout for the next level. Will produce for an NFL team if he consistently plays to his capabilities.
