BIO: Two-year starter at tackle after playing sparingly with the first team as a sophomore.
POSITIVES: Aggressive collegiate tackle best in confined quarters. Quick off the snap, makes effective use of angles and walls defenders from the action. Displays good vision, flashes a nasty streak and works hard until the whistle blows. Anchors at the point and effectively uses hand technique to keep opponents away.
NEGATIVES: Has trouble with quick opponents and does a lot of clutching. Lacks a strong base and not a true finisher. Suspended from the team in December after e-mails with racial slurs were sent from his accounts to a pair of Colorado athletes.
ANALYSIS: A hard-working blocker with marginal upside, O'Neal has potential to back-up in the NFL. The ability to play several blocking positions is key, but the transgressions last November likely leave him undraftable.
