BIO: Leading receiver the past two seasons, posting 45/707/9 as a junior after 44/758/7 the prior year.
POSITIVES: Large, strong receiver who offers the quarterback an imposing target. Quickly releases off the line of scrimmage, gets vertical and adjusts in midair to grab the ball. Nicely uses his frame to shield away opponents and extends to make the reception away from his frame.
NEGATIVES: Marginal route-runner who does not get separation from breaks. Lacks a physical nature to his game and is a poor blocker for a large receiver. Not fast enough to stretch defenses.
ANALYSIS: A solid receiver with good size, Quillen needed another season to complete his game. Offers upside yet must start doing the little things to make an NFL roster.
