BIO: Part-time starter the past two seasons after beginning his career at Tennessee. Senior receiving numbers included 43/574/5, and he also averaged 10.4 yards on 30 punt returns. POSITIVES: Multi-dimensional ball handler with outstanding size/speed numbers. Stays low when exiting routes, uses his frame to shield away opponents and makes himself an available target. Fast down the sidelines and adjusts in midair, making the reception in stride. Comes up with the tough catch with defenders draped on him. NEGATIVES: Slows into breaks and not sharp running routes. Loses out in battles when he should not. Gets marginal results as a downfield blocker. ANALYSIS: A classic underachiever, Jones has the skills to play in the NFL yet is considered a marginal worker with character concerns.
