BIO: Moved into the starting lineup as a freshman and has played with the first team ever since. All-Academic choice throughout college.
POSITIVES: Nasty, small-area blocker who can play guard or center. Quick into blocks, works hard and tries to mash opponents. Jolts defenders and turns opponents off the line. Effective as a position blocker and anchors at the point. Quarterbacks the offensive line well.
NEGATIVES: Lacks adjustment, ability in space and has difficulty finishing blocks. Gets straight-legged, and is not effective on the second level.
ANALYSIS: Competitive and intelligent, Turner.s ability to be used at any of three interior blocking positions on the offensive line gives him a chance to find a roster spot.
