BIO: Three-year starter after seeing limited starting action as a freshman. Played every position on the offensive line in college.
POSITIVES: Versatile blocker who is best in a small area. Flashes quickness off the snap, can slide his feet in pass protection and seals defenders from the play. Makes good use of angles and is always looking for someone to hit. Remains alert picking up stunts or twists thrown by the defense.
NEGATIVES: Lacks overall footwork, adjustment and blocking range. Not effective on the second level. Has difficulty handling counter-moves or speed.
ANALYSIS: Productive on the college level, Goddard is a marginal athlete and lacks much upside. The ability to play any position on the line makes him attractive as an inexpensive reserve.
