Nate Harris
SI Grade
School: Conference: Ht., Wt.:
6-0.5, 235
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Junior college transfer who posted 65/9/2 as a senior after 66/11.5/7 the prior year. Originally signed with Miami, but had his scholarship revoked after being arrested for armed robbery.

POSITIVES: Physical linebacker who works best in the box. Forceful up the field, deceptively strong and explosive filling gaps. Stays with assignments, remaining disciplined, and is a resilient linebacker who does not give up on plays. Has a burst of speed to the outside.

NEGATIVES: Undersized and gets caught up in the trash moving laterally. Almost a non-factor in coverage.

ANALYSIS: A well-built, athletic linebacker, Harris has been a consistent player the past two years. Must improve his play against the pass as he possesses the physical skills to be given looks on the weak side.

PROJECTION: Late Fifth Round
