POSITIVES: Pass-catching tight end with marginal size and playing speed. Works his hands to get off jams at the line, finds the soft spot in the defense or comes back to the quarterback, making himself an available target. Gets vertical in a crowd.

NEGATIVES: Marginal blocker, and usually lines up in the slot or out on the flanks. Lacks the speed to get deep or stretch the seam.

ANALYSIS: A hard-working tight end with a nice feel for the game, Harline.s best opportunity would be as a pass catcher in a West Coast offense.
