Kasey Studdard
SI Grade
School: Conference: Ht., Wt.:
6-2.5, 303
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter awarded varying degrees of All-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign.

POSITIVES: Hard-nosed blocker who works best in confined quarters. Jolts defenders at the point with good hand punch, turns opponents off the ball and stays with assignments. Blocks with good lean, keeps his head on a swivel and works well with teammates.

NEGATIVES: Over-extends into blocks, lacks balance and is not a true finisher. Struggles in space and does not show the ability to slide laterally.

ANALYSIS: Hard-working in all aspects, Studdard is a marginal athlete with poor size. His approach to the game could help him find a spot as a backup.

PROJECTION: Late Sixth Round
