6-1.5, 236
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who posted 44/8/7 as a senior after a career-high 76 tackles the prior year.

POSITIVES: Smart, hard-working linebacker who is best as a two-down defender. Effectively reads the action, makes plays laterally and works to get involved. Pursues from the backside with speed, plays with discipline and stays with assignments.

NEGATIVES: Ineffective in coverage and struggles making plays in reverse. Used mainly at the line as a rush linebacker last year.

ANALYSIS: An active defender who has shown skill throughout his college career, Shaw has the ability to be used at outside linebacker in several schemes. Will be drafted later than his grade would warrant based on last year's production.

PROJECTION: Early Third Round
