2007 NFL Draft By Round Players Positions Schools Conferences NFL Teams Film Room
Toby Korrodi
SI Grade
School: Conference: Ht., Wt.:
6-3.5, 233
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter who began his career at Northern State before transferring to CMSU as a junior in .05. All-Conference and All-American selection as a senior after passing for 64.9%/2,797/29/5. Had a career-high completion percentage of 74.6% as a junior.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized left-handed passer with the arm strength to play at the next level. Zips the outs, easily gets the ball downfield and loses nothing throwing on the run. Powers the ball into targets and gets the pass through the tight spots. Poised in the pocket.

NEGATIVES: Never really sets his feet when releasing the ball. Does not sense pressure, cannot elude the rush or pick up yardage with his legs. Needs to improve the consistency of his throwing fundamentals.

ANALYSIS: A strong-arm pocket passer built for the vertical game, Korrodi is a solid developmental prospect worth considering in the late rounds.

PROJECTION: Late Sixth Round
