BIOGRAPHY: Two-year starter whose senior totals were 79/7.5/2.5, with two interceptions. All-Conference selection as a junior after tallying 74/6.5/2.5.

POSITIVES: Undersized, active defensive lineman who constantly chases to make plays on the ball. Explodes off the snap with a quick first step, fires between gaps up the field and plays with good pad level. Can change direction or alter his angle of attack.

NEGATIVES: Possesses just a short-area burst of speed. Can be controlled at the point by a single blocker, or be engulfed by opponents.

ANALYSIS: A high-effort defender who plays with a good motor, Jackson offers possibilities in a rotational front four and can be used as a three-technique lineman.

PROJECTION: Middle Sixth Round
