BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who posted career-high numbers of 33/503/3 as a senior after junior totals of 29/421/2. Track and field sprint champion, with experience as a return specialist.

POSITIVES: Well-built receiver still transferring his athletic skills onto the football field. Plays with good body control and effectively uses the sidelines. Flashes quickness into routes, stays low on exit and shields opponents away with his frame.

NEGATIVES: Does a lot of unnecessary body catching at times. Marginally effective running after the reception. Gets minimal results blocking.

ANALYSIS: A work in progress, Holland has taken positive steps the past three years. A developmental prospect, he could work his way onto a team as a fifth receiver.
