BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter awarded All-Conference honors the past two seasons. Alabama.s leaving receiver since his sophomore campaign most recently totaling 67/1005/6 as a senior after 62/1056/5 during his junior campaign.
POSITIVES: Reliable receiver with consistent hands. Quick off the line, displays above-average route-running skills, and comes back to the ball out of breaks. Shows terrific focus and concentration. Adjusts to catch the errant throw and effectively makes body-catches when necessary. Uses his frame to protect the pass. Extends and grabs the ball from the air and shows good eye/hand coordination. Makes the reception in stride and secures the difficult catch downfield in a crowd.
NEGATIVES: Not a tough, physical receiver and loses out in battles. Short-arms receptions rather than taking the hit. Lacks the great burst, cannot run to the deep throw, and a one-speed wideout.
ANALYSIS: Hall has been productive and consistent at Alabama the past three seasons. He gets by on natural ability and will be nothing more than a fourth receiver on an NFL roster unless he decides to put forth the effort necessary to take his game to another level.
