BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter awarded All-Conference honors as a senior after posting career-high receiving numbers of 37/461/5. Junior-year totals included 19/249/1 after 25 receptions as a sophomore.

POSITIVES: Athletic pass-catching tight end with reliable hands. Quickly releases into routes, shows a burst of speed, and makes the difficult reception with defenders draped on him. Displays good eye/hand coordination, effectively makes body-catches when necessary, and makes the reception in stride. Displays soft hands with the ability to pluck the ball from the air.

NEGATIVES: Marginally strong at the point. Does not block with good fundamentals and rarely moves defenders off the line. Slow into breaks and running routes and does not show much sharpness.

ANALYSIS: Coming off a productive senior campaign, Sherry is best suited for a west coast offense, but possesses just marginal upside.
