POSITIVES: Athletic defensive back with outstanding size/speed numbers. Physical, aggressive, and fights throughout the action. Gets off blocks and a willing volunteer in run defense. Displays a nice break to the ball as well as a burst of closing speed. Makes a lot of athletic plays on the field.

NEGATIVES: Lacks overall instincts, struggles with awareness, and slow to react on the field. Has difficulty staying with opponents out of their breaks and gives up a fair share of receptions.

ANALYSIS: Godfrey possesses the physical skills to start at the next level, yet he must really improve the mental aspects of his game. He.s best suited in a zone system facing the action and at the very least he should be a good special teams player.
