BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter awarded varying degrees of All-Conference honors since his freshman season. Named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year last season after leading the team in tackles with 160/7/4. Junior-year totals included 137/7/4. Posted 85 tackles as a true freshman.

POSITIVES: Explosive run-defending one-gap linebacker who plays with a warrior mentality. Instinctive, quickly locates the ball, and works hard to make plays. Collapses from the outside defending the run, possesses a burst of speed, and works his hands to stay off blocks. Redirects to the action and wraps up when tackling. Gets depth on drops and covers a lot of area on the field. Attacks ball-carriers and likes to mix it up.

NEGATIVES: Bites on play-action passes, occasionally gets caught out of position, and pursues the action too aggressively at times. Undersized and slow to shed blocks.

ANALYSIS: Dizon is an explosive college defender with marginal size/speed numbers for the next level. He has a special teams mentality and would be effective in the system run by the Indianapolis Colts.
