BIOGRAPHY: Two year starter at every position but center.
POSITIVES: Outstanding athlete with a good degree of upside potential. Explosive, quickly gets off the snap and jolts opponents at the point of attack. Strong, plays with a nasty attitude and always looking for someone to hit. Quick out to the second level, makes good use of body positioning as well as blocking angles. Strong, turns defenders off the ball or easily rides rushers from their angle attack. Quick in his head picking up stunts or twists.
NEGATIVES: Fundamentally inconsistent and gets lazy with his hands or blocks with a narrow base. Stiff, struggles adjusting and has trouble hitting a moving target.
ANALYSIS: McMackin is one of the best athletes of this years offensive line class and a prospect who just recently started to get noticed. He is a practice squad player who could eventually earn a spot on an active roster if he improves his flexibility and learns to finish blocks on a consistent basis.
