POSITIVES: Well-sized cornerback with an improving game. Quick in his hips transitioning to run with opponents, plays to his timed speed, and displays a good break to the action. Effective facing the quarterback, likes to mix it up, and possesses solid ball skills.

NEGATIVES: Prefers to side-shuffle down the field. Gives up a lot of underneath receptions. Does not always play to his size.

ANALYSIS: Carr has the physical skills to be a nickel back at the next level and could make a roster if he completes his game.
