BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter awarded all-Conference honors since his sophomore season. Senior totals included 70/6/7 after 73/2/8 as a sophomore. Posted a career-high 75 tackles during his sophomore season.

POSITIVES: Opportunistic defensive back who plays an aggressive style of football. Shows a good head for the ball in run defense, has a burst of speed, and is a solid open field tackler. Squares into ball carriers and wraps up. Works well with cornerbacks, and does a nice job reading the action when he can see the ball.

NEGATIVES: Lacks top sideline-to-sideline range and does not show great quickness or suddenness to his game. Does not possess the classic size for a center fielder.

ANALYSIS: McBath has been very productive in college, and he would do well in a zone system at the next level that reduces his area responsibilities and puts him in a position where he can consistently face the action.
