BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter who also saw six games with the first team as a freshman. All-Conference selection since his sophomore campaign. Totals last season included 33/2/5 after 36/3/9 as a junior. Played most of his senior season with a torn labrum in his shoulder.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized cornerback with natural ball skills. Smooth in his hips, fluid transitioning off the line and displays good mechanics. Possesses a burst of speed, displays a lot of suddenness to his game and quickly breaks to the action out of his plant. Picks up assignments and displays good awareness on the field. Will play through pain.

NEGATIVES: Not a strong or sturdy cornerback and struggles bringing down ball carriers. Occasionally plays back on his heels.

ANALYSIS: Wright consistently had opposing signal callers throwing away from him in college and offers a good degree of upside for the next level. If he gets back to health and plays with any consistency Wright should see significant action in the NFL.
