BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter with passing numbers of 61.4%/3,418/25/13 as a senior after 58.2%/3,147/20/13 as a junior.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized pocket passer with an NFL arm. Patient, possesses a quick release, and zips the ball into the tight spots or gets long passes down the field. Steps up in the pocket to avoid pressure and displays a sense of timing.

NEGATIVES: Rarely moves his eyes from the primary target, and stares down pass catcher's from the get-go. Makes poor decisions, is easily confused by complex defenses, and struggles to make the correct reads. Puts too many passes into double or triple coverage.

ANALYSIS: Teel possesses the physical skills to play at the next level, yet he may not have the mental makeup. After a poor start to his senior campaign, he finished strong, giving scouts a glimmer of hope. He will be invited to camp after the draft, and should Teel show positive signs this summer, he could end up on a practice squad.
