BIOGRAPHY: Part-time starter last season and finished the year with 30/334/2 after 29/417/2 as a junior when he was a top reserve.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized receiver with a good amount of upside. Fluid in all his movements, nicely adjusts to the errant throw and extends his hands, pulling the errant pass in the air. Possesses strong hands, and snatches the pass away from defenders. Effectively uses his frame to shield away opponents, displays good timing as well as eye/hand coordination. Gives effort blocking.

NEGATIVES: Unnecessarily lets the pass get inside him at times. Loses focus and drops some catchable throws. Does not play to his forty time.

ANALYSIS: Foster is a prospect who's style and size is liked by NFL scouts, yet his lack of production on the field is cause for concern. He does not consistently play at a high-level, but he possesses the necessary physical skills to develop into a fourth or fifth receiver.
