BIOGRAPHY: Moved in with the first team as a freshman and has seen time as a starter ever since. Senior totals included 39/542/4 after
45/795/4 as a junior. All-Conference selection as a sophomore after totaling 34/619/12.
POSITIVES: King-sized receiver who's watched his game level off the past three years. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, effectively
uses his frame to shield away opponents, and offers the quarterback a nice target. Quickly transitions from making the reception
to running after the catch. Gets up in a crowd and comes down with the difficult reception, nicely adjusting to the errant
throw. Big enough and strong enough to outmuscle defenders for the ball. Displays solid hands and looks the pass in.
NEGATIVES: Unnecessarily lets the pass get inside him at times. Poor route runner. Not a downfield threat.
ANALYSIS: After showing promise during his freshman and sophomore campaigns, Carr has failed to meet expectations the past two seasons.
He has the potential to be a third or fourth wideout, and his size, coupled with the ability to get airborne, should make
him a very good red zone threat. He must quickly get his game back on track for any chance of having a career at the next
level.
