BIOGRAPHY: Former walk-on named All-Conference selection as a senior, when he became the team's starting center. Struggled the previous
two seasons with injury.
POSITIVES: Bruggeman showed NFL potential last season, and he should only get better the more playing experience he receives. If he continues
to improve his lower body strength and, more important, stays healthy, Bruggeman will have an opportunity to make a roster.
NEGATIVES: Not a natural knee bender. Lacks top footwork in space. Struggled with injuries throughout his college career.
ANALYSIS: Strong, small-area blocker who plays with a nasty attitude. Blocks with a wide base, stays square, and turns defenders off
the ball. Quickly gets his hands into opponents, and fights with them throughout the action. Keeps his feet moving, and walls
opponents in the middle of the field. Works well with teammates, and keeps his head on a swivel.
