BIOGRAPHY: Part-time starter the past two seasons. Junior receiving numbers included 8/97/1 after 4/27/1 as a junior. Did not play with the team in 2006.

POSITIVES: Fluid and athletic tight end who moves well about the field. Blocks with good leverage, and seals defenders from the action. Quickly gets off the snap into blocks and explosive the point.

NEGATIVES: Lacks timing and anticipation as a pass catcher. Average hands. Has never been overly productive in college.

ANALYSIS: Quinn is a prospect with solid size/speed numbers but a tight end with incomplete game. He is a solid blocker yet must improve his pass catching skills. Quinn will have a chance to catch on as a third tight end but at this stage of the game he is still a developmental prospect.
