Positives: Athletic safety with a large degree of upside. Plays with an aggressive attitude, attacks the ball handler and a hard hitter. Takes good angles to the action. Works hard to get involved. Effectively reads the action and keeps plays in front of him.

Negatives: Does not play to his 40 time, displays marginal recovery speed, and is not fast to the flanks. Just average ball skills in coverage.

Analysis: Schillinger is a free agent prospect with the underlying athletic skills to make a roster at the next level. He must improve the details of his game, learn to be more than just a downhill player, and contribute on special teams for any chance to make it on the NFL level.
