BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter awarded all-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign. Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year
the past two seasons after posting 96/5.5/1.5 as a senior and a career-best 113/12.5/3 as a junior.
POSITIVES: Romans has been a productive college defender, yet offers limited potential at the next level. Best in pursuit, he is a chase
and run down linebacker who must make it on special teams to have a place in the NFL.
NEGATIVES: Does not always play under control and over-pursues the action. Struggles getting off blocks, slowed up through the trash
and easily handled at the point of attack.
ANALYSIS: Hard-working yet undersized linebacker best making plays up the field. Fierce, chases around the field and displays speed
up the field or out to the flanks. Fires through the gaps in run defense, uses his hands to protect himself, and displays
a good head for the ball. Nicely flows to the action laterally and bears down on the play with a good closing burst of speed.
