BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter awarded all-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign. Named to a number of all-America teams as a
POSITIVES: Stanchek has been a productive tackle at West Virginia, yet he has the body type and skills that require him to move to guard
at the next level. He has limited upside, but enough skill to make it as a utility backup lineman.
NEGATIVES: Does not move well on his feet, slow pulling across the line of scrimmage and lacks mobility. Marginally athletic and exploited
by quick defenders.
ANALYSIS: Strong, wide bodied guard best in a small area. Jolts defenders with his hands, blocks with good lean, and large enough to
engulf opponents. Stays square, keeps his feet moving and strong enough to turn defenders off the line. Locks onto opponents
and controls them once engaged in a block.
