6-4.5, 259
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who began his career at receiver. Senior totals included 42/461/2. Redshirted in 2007. Led the team in receiving as a true junior, posting 39/342/2.

POSITIVES: Williams is a smooth athlete who stands out on film. He does a competent job as a blocker and pass catcher, yet he leaves you thinking he's capable of much more. His off-the-field transgressions are sure to keep a number of teams away from him, yet Williams has the skills to be a third tight end at the next level. A solid developmental prospect who's worth bringing onto a practice squad.

NEGATIVES: Displays just average quickness and speed in his game. Rarely lined up next to tackle as a true tight end. Has had several off-the-field infractions that will raise red flags.

ANALYSIS: Athletic pass catcher with outstanding size. Fluid releasing off the line into routes, nicely adjusts to the errant throw, and catches the ball with his hands. Breaks down well, plays with good knee bend, and gives effort blocking anywhere on the field.
