BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter awarded all-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign. Senior totals included 87/2/3 after 101/1/4
as a junior. Broke into the line up in a big way as a true freshman leading the team with a career-best 116 tackles.
POSITIVES: Athletically gifted safety coming off a poor senior season. Fluid pedaling in reverse, smooth turning his hips and shows good
lateral range as well as speed to the flanks. Works well with cornerbacks and effective when placed in man to man coverage
situations. Shows skill in zone and good route recognition. Possesses a straight-line burst of speed, lays his shoulders into
opponents and forceful against the run when he wants to be.
NEGATIVES: Does not always play with a sense of urgency. Showed a lot of hesitation in his overall game last season. Takes a lot of missteps
or incorrect angles to the action.
ANALYSIS: Greene came into the season with high expectations and was considered by some scouts as a potential first-round choice. He
now enters the draft on the heels of an inconsistent season with many questions about his game. Greene is a forceful safety
and offers a lot of upside for the next level if he gets back the prior playing form and gives total effort for sixty minutes.
