BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter awarded all-Conference honors since his junior campaign. Used at both tackle spots and offensive guard
for Nebraska.
POSITIVES: Versatile offensive lineman with good underlying skills. Plays with a large degree of quickness and explosion, strong at the
point, and turns defenders off the ball. Blocks with good lean, stays square, and seals opponents from the action. Moves his
feet well in pass protection, and easily anchors at the point.
NEGATIVES: Lumbers about the field and ineffective blocking in motion. Better football player than and athlete.
ANALYSIS: Slauson has been a terrific ball player on the college level, and he offers the ability to be used at several blocking positions.
He must improve his conditioning and playing strength, yet he could be an invaluable backup at the next level.
