Positives: Explosive college athlete that's a threat to score any time he handles the ball. Quick off the line, has a burst of speed and can switch it on a one step. Easily runs away from defenders and stretches the field vertically. Effectively follows blocks when the ball is in his hands and shows some elusiveness and ability to create yardage. Did a solid job catching the ball in the post season.
Negatives: Undersized and easily tackled at the point of attack by the first defender. Marginally productive outside of being a return specialist in college.
Analysis: Holliday is a world-class sprinter whose greatest attribute is his speed. His worth at the next level is primarily returning punts and kicks, although he may see spot duty as a receiver and occasionally asked to run reverses.
