BIOGRAPHY: Two-year starter awarded all-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior. Led Boise State in receiving the past two years,
posting 72/802/7 as a junior after 82/1045/9 as a sophomore.
POSITIVES: Childs has stepped up his game the past two seasons and was a very productive receiver for one of the nations better offenses.
His size, speed, and skill are solid, yet nothing spectacular, when projecting Childs to the NFL. He offers potential as a
productive third receiver in the right system.
NEGATIVES: Lacks the second gear, and not a vertical threat. Unnecessarily lets the past get inside him at times.
ANALYSIS: Big, strong possession receiver with solid hands. Quickly releases off the line, immediately gets to top speed and uses his
frame and strength to outmuscle opponents for the reception. Displays a sense of timing, comes back to the ball out of breaks,
and plays with good body control. Effectively uses the sidelines, and nicely adjusts to the errant pass. Solid downfield blocker.
