BIOGRAPHY: Junior-college transfer who started the past two seasons, leading Mississippi State in tackles as a senior with 116 after 78 as a junior.

POSITIVES: Douglas has been a solid college linebacker the past two seasons, yet he lacks the measurables to be anything other than a backup in the NFL. He has a special teams mentality, which will be his ticket at the next level.

NEGATIVES: Easily taken out of the action by blocks or knocked off balance by the initial hit. Shows marginal skill in coverage. Poor size/speed numbers.

ANALYSIS: Smooth linebacker who covers a lot of area on the field. Breaks down well, nicely redirects to the action, and displays a quick change of direction. Effectively uses his hands to protect himself, moves well laterally, and fires up the field, filling gaps in run defense. Gets depth on drops in coverage.

PROJECTION: FA
