Positives: Explosive skill player who always produces whenever the ball is in his hands. Consistent hand catcher at receiver who nicely settles into the open spot on the field and works to make himself an available target. Gets vertical and adjusts or contorts in midair to grab the errant pass. Displays good eye/hand coordination, skill running after the reception and plays with a large degree of intelligence. Tough and battles opponents to come away with the ball. Shows a burst of speed and keeps his feet moving on contact. Elusive return specialist displaying the ability to avoid opponents, find the open lanes and quickly get through them.
Negatives: Lacks the size to be a true number one receiver. Never presented himself as a vertical threat on a consistent basis and Central Michigan.
Analysis: Brown has been one of our favorite receivers the past three years and terrific college player who consistently produces on the field. He lacks classic size for the next level yet will be an asset to a team as a third receiver and return specialist.
