BIOGRAPHY: Junior-college transfer who moved into the starting lineup upon his arrival at San Jose State and was awarded all-Conference
honors last season. Led the team in receiving last year, posting 72/832/7 after 55/852/3 the prior year.
POSITIVES: Richmond did a terrific job the only two seasons he played at San Jose State, and he is a legitimate late-round prospect who
can fill overall on an NFL roster as a fifth receiver.
NEGATIVES: One-speed receiver, and he lacks the ability to run to the deep throw. Does not possess naturally soft hands.
ANALYSIS: Nice-sized possession receiver productive on the college level. Displays quickness running routes, possesses a sense of timing,
and extends to make the reception away from his frame. Effectively shields opponents away with his body, displays good eye/hand
coordination, and adjusts to the errant throw. Looks the ball into his hands, and is able to reach back and then pluck the
pass from the air, making the reception in stride.
