BIOGRAPHY: Four your starter awarded all-Conference honors since his freshman campaign. Handled both guard spots in college.
POSITIVES: Allen was durable and productive on the small school level and is a solid developmental prospect that can backup at the next
level. He possesses the skill and size to be used in a zone blocking system.
NEGATIVES: Blocks with a narrow base and must improve his playing balance. Average athlete and does not possess great upside. Overextends
into blocks and must improve his skills in pass protection.
ANALYSIS: Strong, wide-bodied blocker who plays with a large degree of quickness. Immediately gets into blocks, strong at the point
and drives defenders off the ball as a run blocker. Plays with good pad level, gets leverage on opponents and works hard
until the whistle blows. Seals defenders from the action with good body positioning and effectively works his hands throughout
the play. Immediately gets to the second level and nicely redirects to linebackers blocking in motion.
