Round 5, Pick 156
Position: WR
Class: 4Sr
School: Utah
Conference: Mountain West
HT: 6-0.5
WT: 191
40 Time: 4.56
Biography: Junior college transfer awarded All-Conference honors the two seasons he's been in the Utah program. Led the team in receiving as a senior, posting career numbers of 81/1188/5. Junior receiving totals included 25/427/6 when he also averaged 25.4 yards on 25 kick returns.

Positives: Natural pass catcher best in the underneath coverage. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, plays with good body control, and consistently extends his hands, making the reception away from his frame. Displays good focus and concentration, makes the difficult catch with defenders draped on him or the over the shoulder catch downfield. Gets vertical and exposes himself to the big hit in order to come away with the ball. Gives effort blocking downfield.

Negatives: Lets some catchable passes slip through his hands. Minimal speed and quickness in his game.

Analysis: Reed has done a terrific job the only two seasons he's played in the Utah program and can be an asset to an NFL team as a pass catcher and kick returner. He's a late round choice yet has the skills necessary to make an NFL roster.

Projection: 5th
