BIOGRAPHY: Full-time starter the past three seasons after breaking in with the first unit for five games as a freshman. Awarded varying
degrees of all-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign.
POSITIVES: Conley has been a durable and effective guard on the college level, yet he is a limited athlete with marginal upside for the
next level. He'll have a slight chance to make it as a backup in a power running system.
NEGATIVES: Rumbles about the field and shows no skill blocking in motion. Lacks footwork and overall ability in space. Overextends into
blocks, which adversely affects his balance and ability to finish. Does too much leaning on defenders rather than actual blocking,
and gets minimal movement.
ANALYSIS: Stout blocker built low to the ground. Plays with good lean, quickly gets his hands into defenders, and strong at the point.
Stays square, anchors in pass protection, or seals defenders from the action with good body positioning.
